Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food) custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products and earrings.  Seasonal items (such as calendars, Christmas or holiday items ) and greeting cards are a final sale. We cannot accept returns on sale items or digital gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund. If you received an order and free freight, if the return goes under that threshold. You will be charged the applicable freight from the original order. If an order is undeliverable and returned to Kelly Lewis Cards & Gifts, you will not be refunded the shipping costs. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an online promo code will be emailed to you.

If an item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will find out about the return.

Incorrect shipping address

If an order is placed with a missing or incorrect shipping information, it will be the customers responsibility to pay a $10.00 service fee in addition to the original shipping fee.
