PREBOOK + SPECIAL ORDER INFO

When you purchase goods marked as a PREBOOK , you will be ordering in advance for products not yet in store. The goods have not yet arrived in the shop. But, they are on their way from the supplier. 

You can combine these goods with anything site-wide and when they arrive everything will be delivered or shipped as requested together. You will be notified when the goods arrive and your order is ready. Unless you are having an emergency and require the in stock goods earlier, We will do our best to make this happen.

 For any reason the goods purchased with a prebook are not available, you will receive a full refund for the prebooked goods.

If you are placing an order for goods marked SPECIAL ORDER this is a bit different than a prebook. These goods have not as of yet been ordered from the supplier. All special orders will be accumulated and requested from the supplier approx 1 time per month . Special orders must be received by the 25th of each month. Delivery will be with 7 to 14 days after that. Special orders are prepaid and non refundable. Any goods not available at the time of entry will be refunded immediately. This would be the case if goods were not available from the supplier at time of purchase.

Currently your choices are BAGGU - in stock now  and BAGGU prebook and BAGGU special order. Other goods besides Baggu will be offered from time to time as well.
