 PRICING 

  • $5.00  delivery is offered based on a minimum purchase before tax of $50.00. and over. ( per delivery location ) 
  • $10.00 delivery is offered based on a minimum purchase of $25.00 to $49.99 ( per delivery location )
  • free delivery is offered on purchases of $99.00 and over
  • delivery is available to the following postal codes:  R3A,  R3B,  R3C,  R3E, R3G,  R3H,  R3J,  R3L,  R3M,  R3W,  R3N,  R3P,  R3T,  R3R,  R2H,  R2J, R2K,  R2L,  R2M,  R2W,  R2X,  R3R

DELIVERIES

  • are made between 9:00am and 7:00pm Monday thru Saturday + possibly Sundays 
  • exact time of delivery cannot be provided, as time is dependant on routing, and varies from day to day. You will be contacted in advance to make arrangements. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • orders must be sent in one shipment per delivery charge, thus no splitting of orders into separate shipments is permitted.
  • it's Winnipeg....so the weather and road conditions may require rescheduling  of delivery. We will do our best to get it to you as soon as safely possible.
  • as we are unable to deliver to p.o. boxes or locked mailboxes (such as those within apartment blocks or condominiums)  please leave us specific instructions in the comments section of your order to ensure the safe delivery of your package. e.g. leaving the package with a door man or neighbour
  • please ensure a number to reach you is available, you might be required to meet the driver in the lobby or entrance of a building. We may not be able to deliver to large offices and buildings that do not have a reception area that is authorized to receive packages on your behalf.
  • a delivery made to a place of business can be left with a receptionist or service area, if  you have pre-arranged.
  • this service is only available within Winnipeg
  • for destinations outside of the delivery radius we will gladly ship your parcel via Canada Post
  • exact time of delivery cannot be provided, as delivery time is dependent on routing, and varies from day to day. We will do our best to contact you in advance to set a window of time. You will receive a email or sms when the order is out for delivery 
  • should you require a more specific window of delivery time please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request
  • gift orders cannot be delivered anonymously
  • for unsuccessful delivery attempts no refunds will be issued
  • deliveries outside of the zone will be shipped via Canada Post.

Kelly Lewis Cards & Gifts has just partnered with Texity for many Winnipeg deliveries. This includes receiving a email or sms your order is on its way and another when it is just 10 minutes away. Service is in place now. Delivery will be either direct from Kelly Lewis or Trexity depending on location. You will be advised in advance of.
