Q. If I participate in a promotion to receive a gift card, how many times can I enter?
A. All promotional gift cards are limited to one per customer. Thank you to everyone who participates, it is really appreciated.
Q. If I use a discount code can I still get free shipping?
A. Yes, although the total value after the discount must still reach the minimum for the free shipping. e:g: The total value before discount is 100.00 in the cart. With a 10% discount applied for signing up for the newsletter, the value is then 90.00 and needs to increase back up to 100.00 to be eligible. ( in Canada ) other countries the minimums are seen online.
Q. Do you make price adjustments?
A. We're happy to issue a one-time price adjustment for items purchased and go on sale within 7 days of purchase. A refund for the price difference will be issued via the original method of payment. Please send an email to info@kellylewis.shop to request a price adjustment.
Q. If I order something from a pre-book, when do you ship?
A. As soon as the items are available. Usually posted arrival estimates are accurate. Should there be any changes, you will be notified. If you order pre-bookings along with other items, everything will be held to ship in one parcel. Pre-bookings are always a final sale.
Q. Can I use my reward program points along with other discount codes?
A. No, reward program points must be applied to regular priced goods and cannot be combined with other discounts. You must be registered to receive points and use points. Please log on to the points program as seen on the bottom right hand side of the front page. Log in, then shop, your points will be applied. You cannot shop, then log on.
Q. If I receive a gift card as a promotion, does it expire.
A. Yes, while gift cards you purchase do not expire, a gift card received as a promotion will. It will be indicated when you receive it via email. Be sure to screen shot or write down the code when it arrives.
